British Gymnastics has the following Part time, 6 month Fixed Term role ;

Recruitment Partner

18.5 hours per week

Salary range £26,699 to £28,650 per annum (dependent upon experience) pro rata.

31 days annual leave ( pro rata, and including Company days) + Bank Holidays + 2 wellbeing days a year + weekly exercise and wellbeing hours

This is a dual based role working from Lilleshall National Sports Centre, nr Newport, Shropshire (2 days a week) and from home.

The Role

The main purpose of the role is to deliver a professional, proactive and candidate-focused recruitment service across British Gymnastics. The Recruitment Partner is responsible for administering and coordinating the end to end recruitment process, providing specialist recruitment advice to hiring managers, supporting attraction and selection activities, participating in interviews, and managing offer and pre employment processes.

The role acts as a key point of expertise for recruitment best practice, ensuring all recruitment activities are compliant, inclusive, efficient and aligned with organisational values and workforce objectives.

Typical Activities:

• Coordinate and deliver the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy approval through to offer.
• Support hiring managers with candidate attraction strategies and sourcing approaches.
• Provide specialist guidance to managers on recruitment processes, policies and best practice.
• Create, publish and maintain job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules and selection activities with hiring managers and candidates
• Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts of employment and associated documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks including references, right to work verification and safeguarding checks where required.
